We loved this location! It was close to Goblin Valley and Little Wild Horse Canyon, both which we had planned to visit. We would have loved to visit Capitol Reef, but time did not permit. This location was right in the center of everything! It was clean, quiet, private, and everything we needed. Our children loved the park down the street and begged to go visit it every evening. Curtis was very flexible, particularly when we wanted to adjust the guest count at the last minute. We are very impressed and would love to come back to visit!

My wife , sister in law, and I thoroughly enjoyed this home. Nice and clean! We were even greeted by a friendly cat at the door when we arrived. It made us smile.

Curtis was probably the best Airbnb communicator I have dealt with. Curtis was more than willing to share local information as to off road trails and places of interest. I would definitely return to Hanksville and stay at Curtis home in the future. Thank you Curtis for a very enjoyable stay.

This place was spotless! Definitely one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed at. The Level-2 EV charger was a great added bonus.

We really enjoyed our stay! Curtis was very responsive in his communication and helpful in making sure our stay was enjoyable. We were impressed with the space and roominess inside the house. Everything was nice and clean when we arrived. Lighting was great. Everything that we used worked great to our satisfaction and needs: showers, sinks, toilets, TV, kitchen appliances, fire pit, thermostat, etc. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of parking. Place was easily accessible and easy to find. We have no complaints. We’d love to stay again when we get the chance!

Loved staying here during our time in hanksville. It was tucked away in the quiet neighborhood and was perfect for us to come back and enjoy some quiet time after a long day out and about. Would 10/10 come back
